Caley Water Continues to Grow as Our Environmental Engineering Team Expands

At Caley Water, growth is about more than numbers. It is about strengthening our team, expanding our expertise and continuing to deliver high-quality environmental engineering services for clients across the UK and beyond. As we move further into 2026, it has been exciting to see the business continue to develop, with new people, new projects and new opportunities all helping shape the next chapter of the company.

One of the latest additions to the team is Solveig, who joined Caley Water in April as a Graduate Engineer. A graduate of the University of Nottingham, Solveig brings fresh knowledge, enthusiasm and a strong academic background to the business. Bringing talented graduate engineers into the team is an important part of our long-term growth, helping us build for the future while continuing to deliver the high standards our clients expect. It is always great to welcome new people into the business, and Solveig has joined at an exciting time for Caley Water.

Our growing team now includes 19 office-based staff and, of course, one dog, who remains an important part of day-to-day office life. As the company has expanded, we have continued to build a team with a wide range of skills in environmental engineering, hydraulic modelling and water management. This mix of experience and new talent helps us stay adaptable, responsive and ready to support a diverse range of projects.

Caley Water continues to work closely with Scottish Water on a range of important projects, including model builds, model maintenance, development impact assessments and network impact assessments. These projects remain a core part of what we do and reflect our ongoing commitment to providing trusted technical support within the water industry. Our work in wastewater modelling, clean water modelling and network analysis helps clients better understand existing systems, plan future investment and respond to changing demands on infrastructure.

As well as continuing these valued relationships, we are also pleased to be working with newer clients such as Yorkshire Water and Irish Water. Expanding our client base in this way is an important milestone for the business and demonstrates the growing recognition of Caley Water’s expertise in hydraulic modelling and environmental engineering services. Working across different regions and networks allows us to apply our experience in new settings while continuing to develop our technical knowledge and understanding of water and wastewater systems.

As environmental engineers, we know that the water sector is constantly evolving. Challenges around ageing infrastructure, population growth, climate resilience and environmental performance mean there is an increasing need for specialist support in areas such as drainage, wastewater networks, water systems and modelling. Caley Water is proud to play a part in helping clients meet those challenges through practical, reliable and technically robust engineering services.

Growth is always something to celebrate, but for us it also reflects the trust placed in our team by clients and partners. With new graduates joining, existing relationships continuing to strengthen and opportunities opening up with new clients, Caley Water is looking ahead with confidence. We are proud of how far the business has come, and we are excited about what comes next. If Working With Us sounds like something you’d enjoy, get in touch with us, and help us grow.
